We will happily refund any costs where the product purchased is faulty.
We currently do not offer item exchanges. We strongly recommend you read the description and view the product photo's on each listing and ask questions before purchasing if you are unsure about the details.
While we ensure our latest design images are used, due to the variations in computer monitors. Refunds will not apply to colour or fabric pattern discrepancies unless faulty.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a suitable resolution.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Your refund for a faulty product will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of us receiving your refund request and supporting photo's of product damage via email : email@example.com
In some instances, you maybe required to return your products to us at your own expense before a refund can be processed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal / bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed and past onto you by your bank.
